This patient has multiple lesions in different stages of evolution affecting all frontal teeth. We can observe minor demineralised enamel, medium and deep decays. All these are caused by lack of dental hygiene, excessive consumption of acidified beverages and no dental treatment for ten years. We solved the cavities using aesthetic composite fillings and fluoridation to increase enamel resistance.
